The most profitable pixels you ever purchased!
Terms and Conditions
- The minimum purchase is 1 cell = 10 x 10 pixels = 100 pixels. It is equivalent to 50 Euro (2 years) or 75 Euro (5 years). The maximum purchase is limited only by the space left.
- When you pay for BrainPixels, you will not become an owner of the respective part of BrainKing.info site. The purchased space is leased to you and you are granted the right to submit an image (of the purchased space size) and an optional HTML code to be shown at 600 x 400 advertising area.
- Once your pixel space is reserved and your image/link/text is accepted, you cannot get a refund.
- After your image and link are received, approved and published, they cannot be changed until your subscription (2 or 5 years) expires. They can be only modified if you have a strong reason for that, e.g. your site domain no longer exists or was changed. This rule is not applied to the "extended 600 x 400 advertising area" - you can request a change of the respective HTML code anytime you want.
- The 600 x 400 advertising area can link only to the site which is the subject of the respective BrainPixels purchase, it is not allowed to link to any other sites. If you want to promote more sites, you must make a separate BrainPixels purchase for each of them.
- All submitted images and HTML advertisements are subject to approval and I reserve the right to reject any kind of offensive/obscene/adult material. If your image/text/link is rejected, you will have an opportunity to provide another one or ask for a refund (only if your reserved area is not active yet).
- If your BrainPixels are reserved, approved and published, and you change the content of the linked site to an offensive/obscene/adult material, then your link will be removed and the respective BrainPixels deactivated until you provide an alternative which can be approved.
- If, in the future, you decide to terminate your advertising contract with me before its expiration date, you can ask for your image and link to be removed from the site, but you will get no refund and the space will become open and publicly available again.
- Only static images (not animated) in GIF or JPG format will be accepted. If you provide an image which is larger or smaller than the purchased BrainPixels area size, it will be automatically resized.
- The links must point to web pages only (no direct links to *.exe, *.pdf, *.zip or similar files) and begin with http:// or https://
- You must have the authority to provide the image, the link and the optional HTML code for the site you submit.
- Funds must be fully received and cleared before your BrainPixels are activated.
