I looked at IMTranslator, but decided it was too clunky and big compared to gTranslator addon, which gives the translation in the right-click menu without much fuss at all. And changing language combos is done from the right-click menu too.
I've only done English to Dutch, and it translates about 90+%, enough to understand. To translate TO another language, we have to select something, luckily it works in forms, then click on the translated menu item, which opens a new tab with the Google translation. Just another option, especially if ImTranslator looks a bit intimidating. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/918 Comment (1)
Yes, that's true. But I am not wrong, gTranslate uses Google translation, while ImTranslator is connected to PROMT and Altavista. It might be interesting to compare the results.
