Just did it again at 9.10pm Saturday Night here. The earlier one was done at about midday.
42/39. Looking at the other numbers I think you know now why there are complaints from some and not from others. Comments (3)
Thanks for all comments.
Now we are going to make some changes to the switches and discuss all possible scenarios with involved third parties (InterRoute etc.). When everything is done, another test can be performed. Comment (1)

I did a test last night, but I forgot to write down the exact result. I think it was something around 160kbps both ways.
I noticed a weird thing with the upload test, though; it shot up to 100% at a very high rate, then it stayed there and the rate dropped significantly before it said it was done. When it first hit "100%", the displayed rate was about double when it ended up as. I just ran the test on BrainKing again and I got an abysmal 85/67. It doesn't seem to be a fluke, as accessing BrainKing pages seems unusually slow right now, too (slower than it's been at any time this year). Perhaps it's overloaded with people running this bandwidth test? This is from New York. The speed test against a server in New York was 7806 / 760, which is close to my cable connection's max speeds both ways. For what it's worth, my first test last night was in Firefox 2, while my test just now was in Firefox 3. For some reason the Flash will not load in my normal browser, iCab (which uses the same engine as Safari). Comment (1)
From sweden again: 77-146
And it feels like real slow lately with many reloads. Otherwise been better until a few days ago Comments (2)
