hmm...what's wrong with the scenario in which ten people agree to give their brains to someone so he can get a free membership? isn't it all the same from brainking's point of view? those ten people have all done the actions it takes to earn those brains, most of which benefit brainking in some way...so what does it matter who uses the brains, as long as it's done with the consent of the people who earned them?

Nothing is wrong, it's just a rule.
On the other hand, nobody says it will never change. Comments (4)

If those brains can be earned by pawns...someone could set up 10 bogus pawn accounts then pool the brains to their real account to get free membership. Of course, if brains can only be earned by paid members, Filip is still has his right to have restrictions on their use. Comment (1)
but my same argument still holds in that scenario: someone's got to earn the brains before they can be used, so it doesn't matter. if i want to work ten jobs at a time to make the money to buy a Bentley, that's my option...in order to make the money, i still have to do the work my ten employers want done...so they get their work done and i get my money and so my Bentley, and nobody suffers for it.
i mean, working ten jobs at a time would probably kill me and i probably wouldn't do a very good job at any of them, but these aren't factors in the process of earning BK brains. Comments (5)
Since a person can buy a membership for another, and since Brains can be used as currency on BrainKing, one can in fact use the Brains to pay for someone else's account.
And I don't see any harm in it Comment (1)
Of course. But to pay the full price, e.g. all 500 Brains for a 6 months Brain Rook, not just a portion of it.

as long as BK is receiving 500 brains for the 6-month brain rook membership, what difference does it make whose accounts the brains are coming out of? currency is currency, regardless of who gives it to you. right? or am i misunderstanding what you're saying?

If the 500 Brains were given as a prize for free, BrainKing gets nothing out of it.
Comments (4)
well, okay, i can see that...but there are 500 brains out there that you've given away for free either way. because you've given those brains away, BK is going to give away 500 brains worth of something without profiting on it eventually, whether it gives it away to ten people 50 brains at a time or 500 brains to one person all at once. see?

But I don't think we could have an action where anyone could get 500 Brains for free.

There are other ways to gain Brains... join a prize tournament, whoop your opponents and win the Brains, then collect them until you can get a free membership
