New feature, new suggestions
I'm still not sure how the system works exactly, but I don't think many people will go to the trouble of going through all their fellowships when looking to start a new game (yes, I know some will). Especially considering it takes 1 click to get to the fellowship page and another to check the Waiting games from that fellowship. So if I start a new Fellowship game then the chances of someone who belongs to a dozen fellowships will accept the invitation are slim, since that person probably won't bother to go through them every day... My suggestions: 1) The feature would reach a broader audience if these games showed up on the public "Waiting Games" page as well but only for those that belong to the specified fellowship. Kind of like it happens now already, when we specify a filter when creating the invitation (for instance a Rook can't see invitations created for pawns only). They could be marked differently (with the fellowship name) or not, you decide, but it would be a nice place for people to check all fellowship games invitations at once. 2) Come to think about it, when creating a new game you could add a new filter option: besides friends, search for opponent, play agains friend or send an email, you could add an option "game against someone in fellowship X". The game would then be added automatically to that fellowship's waiting games list (and be visible in the public Waiting Games area to anyone from that fellowship according to my suggestion above). Again, I'm not sure if 1) is implemented already... but seems like good ideas to me, in order to make sure the right people have easy access to the invitation. Comments (2)
Ok, number 2 is implemented already... I missed it when I checked somehow...
Still not sure about number 1. Comments (2)
